Appetizers of Parma cold cuts, fresh pasta, daily arrivals of fish, Florentine, ossobuco with risotto and mushrooms every day.
On Saturdays and Sundays there are mixed boiled meats with beef, head, tongue, cotechino, veal, chicken, zampone, green sauce and mustard.
For lunch, for a unique, rich and fast dish, you can opt, for example, for Ossobuco with risotto, cutlet with Milanese risotto or a good fresh pasta: tagliatelle with fresh mushrooms, tagliatelle alla bolognese, fish ravioli with cherry tomatoes and prawn tails, spaghetti alla guitar alla amatriciana. And then there are the main courses: sliced beef with mushrooms, diced fillet with balsamic vinegar with cherry tomatoes and rocket, Genoese sea bream, sole alla mugnaia, sea bass braid with fresh mushrooms.
